Frank Riela has been interested in architecture and real estate for the better part of a life time. In addition to a law degree, he has a master's degree in negotiation and conflict management and he became a licensed California real estate agent almost a decade ago. 2004 saw him leave California for the baroque Italian city of Siracusa, to pursue an opportunity in small scale real estate development in Siracusa’s booming historic district. While abroad, he also qualified and became a licensed Italian real estate broker, currently making him unique in California - that is, he is a dual citizen with Italy, bi-lingual and licensed in both nations to do real estate transactions. He acted as project manager for a score of renovation projects in Italy, that included taking historic landmark properties down to their very bones and bringing them back to vibrant life. Working with all manner of architects, engineers, tradespeople and artisans, he transformed properties of his own and those of others from derelict structures into stunning jewels. He also successfully matched a diversity of international buyers and sellers, and negotiated deals on their dream properties in the competitive and unique Italian market. As a result, clients tapping into his experience find an agent who knows what a property is and what it can be, and how to go about getting it there. Frank’s international experience gives him one-of-a-kind leverage in marketing distinctive properties at every price point, and in working with local and international clients alike, and their unique needs. |
